Processing Time Every order is custom printed and hand-framed in our Kentucky studio. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped.

Delivery Time Once shipped, your art will arrive within 7–10 business days via standard shipping.

Shipping Cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Shipping Area We currently ship to the continental United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Packaging All framed prints are professionally packaged with corner protectors and sturdy outer boxes to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged Orders If your art arrives damaged, just snap a quick photo and email us at Westandwildarchive@gmail.com. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no questions asked.
