We want you to love your art. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange: Email us at westandwildarchive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, undamaged condition
  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale
  • We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items
  • For change-of-mind returns, customer covers return shipping

Damaged items: If your art arrives damaged, email us a photo at westandwildarchive@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return needed.

Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
